HOW DO I GET FEATURED ON HELLFLOWER MEDIA?

We appreciate your interest! Setting up an interview is quick and at no cost, just contact us at HellflowerMedia@gmail.com and request the interview!

Information will be provided about your in person, we do ask that the blog interview is completed to gain an understanding of your brands mission! We also ask that you provide 1-3 images and/clips to share on our platforms! 

In person interviews are not required!
We do not require a face to face interview but we highly encourage it for our upcoming YouTube channel! We offer creators the space to give demonstrations and an exclusive performance to help them on their journey. When you receive the Hellflower Media email you will have the option of doing the blog interview solely, doing both or you can request a feature on our Instagram only; as long as the images and clips are within user/community guidelines! 

We do ask that all inquiries are from local talent and businesses! 

Our only requirement for a feature is that you must be following our Instagram and Facebook page!

WHAT ELSE DOES HELLFLOWER MEDIA DO?

Hellflower Media is in the works of growing the name but in the future we would love to cover local events leading up to hosting our own networking and performance events. As we grow we also have plans to sponsor small businesses with vending opportunities. When we go out we use our donation pot to give back to the community at these events. We believe in supporting the community on all fronts, not just virtually.

Hex Ov The West also offers media mentorships for organic and authentic growth for your brand. Mentorship meetings are $65 for a two hour meeting via in person or over video chat. Also offering a free consultation six months afterwards to follow up with your growth. Media consultations are $25 which analyzes your current platforms and provides you with recommendations for organic growth. 

Mentorship meetings refine your brands outline, brainstorming unique ways to increase engagement and traffic, and provides connections to resources to grow your brand overall. 

We do not offer management of your social media platforms. We believe small businesses can function fully on their own, we are just here to help provide direction and education.

 Hellflower Media will gladly attend your event. We would love to show our support by providing behind the scenes content and on site interviews!

WHAT IF I WANT MY FEATURED REMOVED?

In the event that you would like your feature removed, we ask that you send a written request to our email. We will remove it as soon as possible and send you an email confirmation once it's completed.
Hellflower Media is not responsible for any third party sharing but we will assist you in the removal of your content, if necessary.

WHAT IS THE DONATION BUTTON FOR?

Since we are independently operated, we give supporters the option to donate so we can give back to the community, the more donations we receive the more coverage we can provide. At this time, our features are limited within our means. No donation is used for profit, every cent goes back into the community. Donations go towards equipment upgrades, sponsoring small businesses as vendors at events, helping those who are in need and our grandest dream, hosting our own local events to give unique experiences. 

Since we are in our early development, we aren't offering partnerships at this time but in the future we may. 

DOES HELLFLOWER MEDIA PAY FOR FEATURES?

At this time we do not pay nor receive payment for features. We are independently owned and provide this source free of charge. The goal of Hellflower Media is to bring creators together in support of Arizona's communities. 

All of our creators are taking a stand to encourage visibility and support each other. When you're featured on our site or our social media platforms you are a part of the Hellflower Media family and we extend that to all creators. 

We do not pressure anyone to participate in our mission, we may reach out to you but no response is a response and we will cease contact. We offer this a fun opportunity to stand out and if anything, gain the experience about talking about their brands and performances.
