Seasonal Market/Pagan Community/Alternative Lifestyle
Rating: All ages
Pre-covid one of my biggest joys was promoting local events across my platforms and while venturing my own path I was guided to this event. Ironically, the Yule market was my first, in 2019. Pursuing my indenty, I was grateful to find shops like these congregating no place other than Witchcrafted Makers Market. Forever cherishing when I stepped out of the broom closet to be among my peers. I found head-spinning knowledge about familiar tools & informed about things unfamilair. Amazed by everyone's creative abilities, brilliance and collective artistry. Finding radiating love from every corner, the admiration of their passions and support of each other- Totally pushed me to break out of my shell. A place where the metaphysical would not receive an scoff/debate. A place where "ghastly" art would be adored. Where darkness was embraced & illumination was found among beautiful people making light of it. Nothing short of amazement in the tales that lay behind each piece, the healing unaware of the impact they're making through art, and the healers offering support and guidance.
Finding this sense of belonging was empowering beyond degrees I knew. Encouraged by the creators and the host for making such a beautiful moment exist. It played a massive role to who I am today & why I'm doing this website. This magical event held strong during and the community succeeded the pandemic, thankfully. With my dearest respect I chose this years Yule market to be the first event I'd cover with Hellflower Media and they embraced my mission with open arms after hearing our vision.
If you are unfamiliar, the best time to explore this market is at the beginning. Nothing beats the excitement as the line forms for the opening, alone feeling the declaration of how rare it is for such opportunity. There's no better satisfication, gazing on the displays with all this abundant effort before it becomes one of those "last chance" grabs, or the regret finding items being "Sold out!". Witnessing the hard work to reflect their authenticity. The amazement of telling their own stories from booth to booth, in love and smiles. The amount of dedication they put into their harvest this year to provide others with exactly what they need or have been in search of; and the funnest part, finding all the precious things that call to you and the gifts for others was absolutely magical. This year, over 40 vendors gathered! We first met All Aura Soul, Tuscon based, that services aura readings. The owner and I connected a little deeper while the party was brewing. She has a specialized software that provides a personalized 23 page analysis. I found respect for her, as she started this due to lack thereof in her area. Providing a special to give others the opportunity. Given the chance, I wanted to learn about my own. Admitting I had never done this before, she was excited to walk me through the process. Thanks for taking the time to educate me and I'm excited to see what mine says! Sadly I won't be able to share every booth in one post, but the next amazing find was Dahlia Pearls, a local illustrator. The best way I can describe her style is Americana-traditional (An old school tattoo style) meets elegant gothic inspiration. A perfected balance of dark and beauty that is eye catching. Large pieces, dainty framework, ornaments and STICKERS! Follow Dahlia Pearls to see what items she still has available!

There were a lot of familiar faces during this event, one being my personal favorite, long time indulgence since stumbling upon them at the Errl Cup 2021- Fluffy Vegans! Everything is organic and zero- waste. During every event I attend I always look for them! My personal favorite is their cashew cheese, NACHO MAMA'S DIP packed with flavor, healthy and cruelty-free. Providing non-alcholic drinks such as organic lemonade and snacks like apple chips. They are such positive individuals with a mission to make change. Follow on Instagram: FluffyVegans!

To sum up this incredible experience but the last honorable mention for now- the metaphysical booth of Not Every Libra. With adorable, bubbly personalities they provided knowledgable insight about all they offer... and my absolute favorite, fun banter. When we came across this booth it was loaded with tarot decks, orcale decks, astrology books, self care books for every astrology sign, and various other products and jewelry to enhance personal wellness.

There was no shortage of fun, meaningful comminication and connection during the market. I found so many rarities among the curiosity shops that I plan on making a dedicated post to those vendors alone. Let alone the illustrators and artist, which will have their own. Hellflower Media wants to cover it all, in our mission to support the community we live in, we leave no creator behind. The amount of skills, enjoyment and belonging you'll find at a Witchcrafted Made Market will leave you with clarity, inspiration, and in good spirits. We thank Witchcrafted for this experience and cannot wait to see what Ostara holds. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for making this possible, for allowing us to be a part of this memoriable event. Instagram Information: WitchcraftedAZ DahliaPearls FluffyVegans
